At Fitnessecity we have many effective training solutions and packages for you to choose from. Our mobile trainers come to you at your chosen place of training.


One-on-One Personal Training:


The fastest and most effective method of training.


*Sessions are 60 mins.

*Includes: fitness assessment and on going reviews, nutrition advice, exercise programming.

Package 1
Package 2
Package 3
3 sessions per week = $75 per session 2 sessions per week = $80 per session 1 session per week = $85 per session
2nd or 3rd person to join in session: $35 per person/session


conditions:


*Minimum 12 week commitment

*Payment for packages are charged 1 week in advance by credit card only.

*Cancellation prior to 12 weeks will incur $100 cancellation fee.

*24hrs notice must be given to trainer if unable to attend session, or full amount for that session will be charged.


Group Personal Training 4+ people:

You will be highly motivated by your trainer and peers to exercise for fun and fitness. Use this as your “time out” from your busy schedule!

*Sessions are 45 mins

*Includes: fitness assessment and on going reviews, nutrition advice, exercise programming.

4-6 people
7-10 people
10+ people
$16 per person $14 per person $10 per person


Conditions:


*Minimum 12 sessions

*Payment in advance for 12 sessions each person via 1 credit card nominated for whole payment.
